My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The convenience of being close to the outside door was great for my dog, but the room wasn't very clean, and it seemed like the hotel staff hadn't visited during the day. However, the easy access in and out was a plus point.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were nice, and we had a good night's rest. The staff was very helpful whenever we needed extra items. However, there were issues with parking, and they could have been more attentive to our requests about the kids. The location was beautiful and offered gorgeous views, making it perfect for exploring downtown LaCrosse. The dining experience was satisfactory, but there were some issues with clarity on complimentary services. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor hiccups.
My stay at the hotel was delightful! The rooms were bright, clean, spacious, and smartly decorated, making them very comfortable. The staff was always willing to assist us no matter what time of day, which was really nice. While the rooms are a little more expensive, the value for money is definitely there.
